Whether you’re new to our school or a longtime Beaumont family, we want to provide the resources you need to achieve success.
This is a central hub for students and families to easily access information for navigating the school and school day, including student handbooks, schedules, and school activities!
Enrollment
Beaumont serves students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Enrollment hours for students who are new to the district is from 9:00am until 1:30pm on regular school days. Parents are welcome to pick up packets anytime to take home and complete. Summer office hours are every Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Enrollment must be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian.
Daily Schedule
Beaumont’s school day begins at 7:45 a.m. Students arriving after this time are considered tardy and must check in at the front office.
Dismissal begins at 2:45 p.m.

Beaumont Magnet Academy is proud to be Knox County's first magnet school. Our unique focus sets us apart.
After School Care
YMCA Aftercare is Beaumont’s only on-site after-care provider, but several other organizations offer pickup and transportation to off-site programs.
Extracurricular Activities
Beaumont Magnet Academy offers several after school and extracurricular activities during which students have the opportunity to expand their classroom learning, get to know peers with similar interests, and explore new skills.

Student Supports
The entire staff of Beaumont Magnet Academy is committed to establishing an atmosphere in which children will feel safe, secure, and happy so they maximize their opportunities to learn and achieve. The school has a trained counselor and a part-time social worker on staff.
Library / Media Center
Our library is a hub for student learning, reading, and discovery. In addition to the school library, teachers may maintain individual collections of age-appropriate books in their classrooms to support literacy and foster a love of reading.

Support Organization
The Beaumont Magnet Academy PTA is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, and school staff who work together to support the school community. They organize events, fundraisers, and activities to enhance students' educational experiences and foster communication between parents and school staff.
